Fabric roof systems for materials storage
Fabric roof systems come as the roof only or as roof plus standard 2.4m posts and side walls, or walls to your specifications. The roof and side walls are made of durable polyethylene or PVC fabric.
The frames may also be mounted to concrete blocks, concrete “T” blocks, steel posts and existing buildings, provided they comply with the building’s engineering.
Fabric roof systems mounted on concrete blocks or to inverted “T” blocks makes the structure ideal for storage of raw materials. The strength of the concrete keeps the product within the structure and they withstand the force of the equipment. Loaders have ease of access to the product as there are no internal poles or walls, increasing efficiency.
Extending your work space with fabric roof systems
Use steel pole fabric roof systems for cool, shaded work areas with plenty of air flow. This keeps workers comfortable and production levels high.
If you require extra covered work space at your existing workshop, consider attaching a fabric roof system to your existing building providing the engineering of the building allows the extra forces. Alternately mount the structure on posts adjacent to the existing building.
Increasing animal productivity with fabric roof systems
A fabric roof on posts with vented eaves provides a cool, comfortable, more natural environment for housing animals. The fabric roofed structure can be up to 15°C cooler than an iron clad building and the vented eaves allow for natural airflow in the structure. Your animals will be a lot healthier and more productive.
Because there is an even light with no shadows, the environment is cool and the building is very quiet, fabric structures are very animal friendly. By reducing stress production levels in milking cows and sheep, can increase measurably. When used for dressage arenas the horses will tend to be quieter and more relaxed.
Fabric structure are not only a cost effective purchase but increase your animal productivity.
